Usage-related constraints of the Juno free ISP service

Juno's free service contains limitations that may vary. They are based on a number of factors including the version of Juno ISP software, the telecommunications costs associated with the phone numbers being used to access the service, the amount of time and frequency of a user's web surfing. The effect of these limitations may be to impact a user's ability to connect or remain connected to the service or to restrict access to the service once a specified amount of usage is met during a period. These limitations may impact all usage relating to a specific member ID as well as all usage associated with common computers or phone lines. As such, creating additional accounts will not enable a user to avoid these limitations. The limitations currently do not impact an ability to access the email accounts, although another ISP service may be required for access. BUT, the Juno free ISP service may impose limitations on their email access in the future, so be careful!

The 10-hour per month limit is per household as Juno ISP assumes that each household has only one computer and one phone line. If you are sharing a computer or phone line with other Juno ISP users, your hourly usage will be aggregated with those users - even if you have separate Member IDs.
